What we are looking for:
Sales Leader, who will be growing and developing a US based team by providing expert-level sales knowledge, coaching, training and process improvement. You will drive the day-to-day execution to exceed the business performance targets of Action1.
Driving customer adoption of Action1, you’ll excel at qualifying opportunities, providing product demonstrations, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a highly driven, results-oriented professional who strives for personal and team success and exceptional professional growth.
What you will do:
- Lead and inspire a sales team to own and crush sales quota.
- Onboard new team members and help them to ramp up.
- Assist sales reps in qualification and creation of both inbound & outbound leads.
- Assist sales reps in technical qualification of prospects by developing a thorough understanding of business and technical needs as they relate to the Action1 product.
- Perform client-specific product demonstrations, often assisted by a technical product engineer.
Who you are:
- A seasoned B2B sales professional with at least 5 years of experience selling cybersecurity products to IT departments.
- A proven leader with a track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams.
- A technologically savvy individual with a basic understanding of IT administration and security principles.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- A passionate individual with a genuine interest in information technology and systems administration.
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a plus.
