Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize client retention, increase annual contract value, and adoption of new Action1 products and services
- Accurately forecast all deals monthly / quarterly to leadership
- Articulate the business and technical value of Action1 product offerings
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success to define and drive execution of action plans to improve and/or optimize the utilization of BitSight products and services
- Maintain accurate account and contact information within CRM for all accounts
